Hmm,

since being transfered to CSC at 28th of march I'm confused about what date I should consider as NOA date when checking their processing times... My first AOS NOA from Missouri was dated back in sept 29th 2006, and Baltimore field office has since been working on the case, and there is also where I did my biometrics oct 31st. However, since the transfer to CSC 28th of march, should I know consider my processing date as the transfer notice date (28th of march) or the original sept 29th? It doesn't really seem far if we "transfer people" (its a lot of us, I know) gets in the very end of the line at our new center and have to endure all the wait there in addition to the wait at our original office, I mean, the reason we're transfered is that everything has just been too slow and clogged up. So what date do I go by when I track my case and processing times now? Please tell me its the original date of sept 29th...

Why would you think the original NOA date would change? Did something happen and they told you that somewhere along the way?

Well, great if it doesnt, but for some reason I worried that the transfer date would count as my date "in the line" at the new center, since that's the date they're getting it...

Oh, ok, I guess I've tried to gone by what it says for I-485 processing date, but thats employment-based I see now. Ok, Ill give up now, I quit, let me know when its all over... :crying:
