So, I wasn’t able to wait any longer. Reached out to my district’s congressman and his representative answered me on the next day. That was super fast. I’m filling out the forms about the release of information and they would be reaching out USCIS on my behalf. Fingers  crossed.

Fingers crossed to you! Hopefully soon!!!! I got my GC this morning

I’m so so happy for you! Best of luck, you can finally exhale. You definitely give me hope that maybe I’m also not getting interview. Congrats once more!

Was your case transferred from nbc to your local office and local office approved?  Or was it nbc who approved? From where was the green card sent?

I got the only one notification and a letter in mail that my case was transferred to NBC from Vermont, and then approval, I do know and see that it gets to the local offices but not in my case

What was the address on the green card letter?

The only one place in the US that gets produced green cards and work authorization cards is in Kansas Missouri, matter where your case will be approved at it will get out of there

Ok, I didn’t know. You are the second case who got approved without interview even though transfer notice said so. Hopefully it’s a trend.

Case was transferred so that interview can be scheduled.

Yeah same, but just letting you know that your local office also has power to make a decision on your case without having you and your spousei nterviewed
