It was transferred on April 3rd, 2019. I tried submitting inquiry that case is out of processing time several times, but every time it was not accepting it and saying that case is within processing time. After while I just called USCIS and asked them to submit it for me. I was told that processing time for Vermont is actually 20 months and not what is listed on the website. I was told to wait until my case turns 20 months and try again. So, supposedly in 4 days I should be able to submit it. I’ll try, we’ll see what happens.

Good morning VVP, so USCIS has updated the processing time for Vermont last night, and now it shows 14 to 19 month instead of 14.5 to 19 month, so try to check with them again, good luck!

Sure, I will. I know that my case is not in Lee Summit, MO anymore. It’s in my local office. That’s what I was told last month when I went for infopass. Now it’s up to local office.

Just for you know, the local office also can cancel/not schedule an interview for you if they'll determine your case being strong enough

My case got transferred to NBC on June 26th after 14 months filing. N400 pending as well.

ROC - April 2018

N400 - April 2019 - Houston N400 waiting time is 10 months (as of today) for interview notice. So I won't expect to hear anything until Feb 2020 or so.

Hey ArchieD!

Mine was transferred to the NBC from Vermont after exactly 17 months since the got my i751 at their Vermont center, since I applied for divorce waiver I can't apply for n400 after 2.9 years, so will wait for the outcome! Good luck to all of us!!!

Nothing. My local office is super slow, so I think I’ll be waiting for several months.

Oh man.... It's so annoying
