Hey guys! USCIS got my I 751 (same sex/divorce waiver) on January 23rd of 2018 in Vermont cervice center, nothing happened since that besides the 18 month extension and me getting the biometric which I have done on March 5th, so last week on Jun 20th I got an update states that my case was transferred to the lee summit missouri national benefits center, so I'm waiting now.

FYI: I'm a Nov 2017 filer for I-751. Got the 18m extension, Got the transfer to Texas Service Center, Got an RFE earlier this month, responded back. Did NOT file N-400. Waiting for update on ROC.

Also, what happens if 18m comes to expire and I dont do the InfoPass apt for stamp on passport for extension?

Hey Lazy! I've never seen anyone who doesn't have a one year stamp as long as your case is still pending, so just go to your local office and ask them to stamped your passport, I did it twice and never had any problem, also never booked an appointment, just walked in. Good luck

What was the reason they transferred? Usually it means interview.

I got a letter from the USCIS by mail, so it says

We transferred your case to the following USCIS office listed below so an interview can be scheduled

I filed jointly on October 30th 2017. Still married. Vermont service center.

Also Vermont here, my case was transferred (Jun 20 of this year)17 months exactly after it was received by USCIS at first, when was yours transferred? Have you inquired about ubnormal processing time? Vermont proceeding time says 14.5 to 19 month, on Jun 30th it's going to be a month for your case being out of normal processing time, because USCIS states that even your case was transferred somewhere else your proceeding time goes by original service center you have applied at first

Mine (divorce waiver) was transferred to NBC 8 months ago apparently to prepare for an interview. Since then have heard nothing from them.

Hey Alex! Is there any update on your case?

It was transferred on April 3rd, 2019. I tried submitting inquiry that case is out of processing time several times, but every time it was not accepting it and saying that case is within processing time. After while I just called USCIS and asked them to submit it for me. I was told that processing time for Vermont is actually 20 months and not what is listed on the website. I was told to wait until my case turns 20 months and try again. So, supposedly in 4 days I should be able to submit it. I’ll try, we’ll see what happens.
