No I filed in April of this year, did biometric July waiting for the RFE for the devorce decree. I wish it was possible to get approved without interview. I'm EAC by the way

It is possible that you won’t have interview. Who knows, I don’t understand USCIS  logic. Sometimes there are interviews for married people with kids and no interviews for divorced without kids. I guess it’s all about the evidence that was submitted.

Congratulations 🎈🎊 Im glad h got well thru that long process !!

ive filed with divorce waiver too , back in Apr 2018, got transfer letter that an interview can be scheduled, transferred from  csc to nbc , it was like couple months ago ! I was told when I had passport stamp that my case already reached my local office at Denver co !

I wonder when I ll get the interview scheduled ?!

I’m not sure. It took my local office 6 months to schedule the interview. I contacted my local congressman twice and the second time definitely made me scheduled. Who knows how long it would have been if I didn’t push for.

Hello There,

I got notified that my case was transferred after my N400 I-751 combo interview. When I called the 1-800 USCIS number I found out that my application is in Lee's Summit Missouri. I 751 submitted on Dec 26, 2017. N400 filed on Feb 9th 2019. Combo interview on Dec 20, 2019. My I 751 got transferred to NBC Lee's Summit Missouri on  Dec 26, 2019. So far no updates on the N400. Has anyone had such an experience ? Please advise.

The officer told me I will getting Oath invite but no updates on the N400.

Thank you.
