Hi there,

I'm putting together my AOS package as part of my K-1 application and just noticed on my marriage certificate that my birthplace is not quite correct.

According to my birth certificate my birthplace is "Westville, South Africa", but on my marriage certificate it reads "Durban, South Africa". I must have written down "Durban" without thinking when I applied for my license.

While this is essentially correct (Westville is a region within the city of Durban), I don't quite know that the USCIS inspector will connect these dots.

Should I try to get my marriage license rectified or just let it ride?
