Approval after Administrative Processing???

Is anyone out there got the visa approval after submitting 221g documentary evidence for Ongoing relationship ????

I know that you are desperately seeking answers as to when the visa will be issued, and the time it is taking.

 

I know we have talked about this before, and really I feel for you in your position.

 

With that being said have people gotten approval after that yes, have people been denied after it probably, will you pass likely, but when no one knows, will it be next week? maybe, could you get a call today, could it take another month, 2,4,6 months a year? it could.

 

AP is a black hole and seems to have no rhyme or reason or how fast they process papers.

 

I know the waiting sucks, but honestly no one here is going to have an other answer for you but it does happen and people do end up with their visa after turning in documents.

I know you are anxious, but honestly we can't begin to know the reasons behind why embassy take so long or approve some on spot and put others in AP, 99% they have already made their mind up before you go to the interview.

 

I didn't want to make it seem as I came off harsh because really I sympathize for you, I was in your somewhat similar shoes, but really I had no reason given he was just handed a paper for AP, that was the biggest unknown and through my life upside down.

 

so trust me when I tell you I know how you feel, but really nobody would have an answer for you they can only speculate I am sorry

Every petition goes into AP.  A majority of 221(g)s end in an approval.  It is a black hole but the 221(g) doesn't always mean the end.

Is there any immigration problems going on? will it affect all the cases?

We also got a 221g requesting more proof of relationship. I luckily enough have 2 visa friends who got 221g and got their visa approves after. One took 3 months but hey, I'll take it!

Did your  visa friends have to submit more evidence /documents after AP or after NVC?

Is it the same as the ds5535?..how are the chances of approval in ds5535 in AP? Thanks please

They got 221g and they submitted more proof of relationship within 2 days and got approved within 3 months. Did they keep any of your passports?

No, they did not keep any passport... They only asked why don't you get married in India!... My case is sent back to NVC....I am trying to timeline for the 221 g AP and afterwards

I have not received any denial letter or reasons....yet

I can't imagine any grounds for denial or evidence....
