I just noticed they adjusted the color and made the background too dark, so they are a no. I'm gonna try an online service that checks the photo and see how that goes.

I lived in LA for over 5 years so I understand you there. San Diego and the people that live there are completely different than the LA Metro area. I had a chance to live there and work remotely for my old job and I declined it because the housing is crazy expensive compared to where we were living in Pasadena. I didn't prefer to live in El Cajon, Escondido,  or even Ramona in order to afford a place. Also since I am a government worker then working in Tijuana was a no go as well.

Same here.... We got used to having a Walgreens right down the street in California. Now the closest pharmacy is 10 minutes and it's a CVS.

While the other way we go there is a Walgreens is in town and it's 20 minutes away. I am not mentioning that there are 2 Walgreens not even 2 miles apart from one another in town, it's not uncommon to turn in a prescription at one store and have to pick it up at the other store down the road.

See, I can't go to Winnipeg because I don't have the passport photo, and hence a passport.

 

The nearest one is 2 hours away, but I think I'll live. Before yesterday, I hadn't been to a CVS in more than 5 years. I don't like those types of stores, they are overpriced. We have quite a few independent pharmacies around and I prefer those.

 

I was going to get up at 5:30 to get dressed and put my makeup on to be on call, but I'm up now...so whatever.

I know every state that borders Canada offers one. 

 

Nearest office to do it was 2+ hours away, regular office is walking distance.  My license came up for renewal when I was 9 months pregnant, so that wasn't happening.

 

I don't think ND has them.
