We saved Mrs. T-B. today, si man.

Mrs. T-B. dropped Mini-B. at skool, returned a bit after Many a.m., and thought that she had no business appointments today, none man.

We, however, remembered her having said on Wednesday that she had one at Many a.m. on Friday, steel-trapped mind we and ADD she man.

Mrs. T-B. didn't think so, but she checked anyway, perfunctorily she man.

To her horror, she did have a caucus -- and not at Many a.m., but at Many a.m., less than an hour man!

She primped and sped out like an illegitimate male child, adrenaline-fueled ADD she man.

This left a problem, however, see man.

She had promised to eat lunch with Mini-B. at his skool, impossible now man.

We swung into action, swing we man.

We learned from Mrs. T-B. what vittles Mini-B. was expecting, Burger King man-vittles man.

We called the POTS office and said, "Postpone -- oj nie, cancel all meetings* this morning, si man!"

*several foreign Finance Ministers, fervently seeking POTS contracts, were sorely crushed, too bad man

We bided our time, then went to Burger King, of course with use of coupon man.

We collected our man-vittles, macho act man.

We checked in at Mini-B.'s skool, where others smelled our BK jealously, too bad for them man.

We surprised Mini-B. in the skool lunchroom, surprised wee man.

He & we heartily devoured our Man-Vittles Bought with Use of Coupon, ingest we & wee man.

It was like two ravenous lions on a freshly felled zebra, onlookers gaped in awe man.

This is nothing that a Mommy could conceive of or accomplish, Real Men Only man.

At the end of the Half-Hour Devour, we high-Many'd and vowed a repeat episode, future man.

We then went to the POTS office and doubled the price on the foreign contracts, invincible Business Typhoon we man.

She might be dead with fatigue or lag, consider man.  Throw a sleeping-bag in the trunk, huh man?

I'm glad she's spending a day with her sister in Moscow, not taking a train overnight and getting on the plane in the morning like she usually did when we met.

Really hoping she sleeps on the plane. Otherwise she may be sleeping in the passenger seat while I pick up a burger from drive-thru. And I don't have any coupons

We won't be hearing from you again after the above date, no and sigh and sayonara man.

I think even if we do everything as quickly as possible and there are no unusual delays, we won't be done dealing with USCIS until 2024, so may stick around, albeit with less activity ...

You're giving T-Bone a stroke :D

Usually they send me 2 for 1 deals. Useless until/unless I convince PRG of the merits of double western burgers and sourdough Jacks.

Coupons at fast food is almost divorce material in my eyes.

It can over here ;)

Even 6 years ago, everything was bank transfers in Denmark. Checks were super duper rare.

I kind of like checks, though.

A month or two ago, I instituted a tradition that we had in my childhood: cleaning the whole house from top to bottom on Saturday morning. So today is just our regular clean instead of frantic my mother is coming today cleaning.
