Omg...I took a day off...never should have...

My mother, "can you drive me to the doctor?"

The kid, "can I have popcorn? Can I have yogurt?" Can I have this, can I watch that.

OK, so....I bought one a those big boxes of popcorns that you pop in the microwave....you know, one of those wholesale club size ones.

I leave it in the basement next to the fridge.

Turtle keeps hounding me for popcorn.

So I go down to look, and it's not there.

It's not anywhere.

Who do I suspect? (Yep)

I call her up, "Where's the popcorn?"

"Oh I moved it upstairs to the pantry"

OK, I go look in the pantry. No popcorn.

I call again, "Where's the %$##@@* popcorn??"

"It's in the pantry, I don't remember"

I dig around. this is what happened.....

She decided that she didn't like the box that it was in,

so out of her %$#@#$ useless illogical reflex, she found a macaroni and cheese box to put it in.

<Sigh> FFS......

So I came back to work after twoo week of sick leave and I don't like it. Wouldn't mind to stay at home a little longer :D

It was nice to be at home. Well after the first week when I was sleeping all the time. The second week I spent watching Game of thrones. Watched all the seasons so I'm ready for the last one! 😀

Times have certainly changed since the McCarthy era.

Because I’ve really got to be at home or the like where I can just pop in my car and be there within a couple of minutes once the emergency call comes in?  If I’m a mile out on a XC trail, it isn’t going to work.
