I'm supposed to get an appointment with this new allergy doctor but I can't even get them to answer their bloody phone! The reviews on that clinic is not very good either. The doctor is supposedly a good doctor but the office is poorly ran. The rate I'm going I will never get a hold of them anyways.

If we were Head of All Things (we're close, but not quite), our first action would be to arrest every current & past Board member of our former HOA -- along with every "compliance inspector" -- and charge them with domestic terrorism after locking them up in noncompliant casas and losing the keys, si and grrrr man.

You can't fault them too much, they are just perpetuating the cycle of abuse and passing it along.

After yet another record-breaking day of POTS sales, returned to casa to relieve babysitter, return we man.

Curbsided garbage, then raked OPOLs from curbside, Other People's Oak Leaves man.

Our body hurts, ow ow ow ow man.

 

Mini-B. has no skool on Fri., in-service teechur day or something man.

He lobbied to stay up late to watch his tablet, persuasive wee man.

We needed our nap and agreed that he could watch quietly in his bedroom, contiguous man.

Mrs. T-B. returns from skool at Many p.m., sees Mini-B. still up, and goes aysheep, awaken we man.

She apparently has an early morn scheduled for her & Mini-B., thanks for informing us in advance man.

It had maybe 10 crumbs in it and was a patterned dish. He probably just didn't see them, if I know him.

On the topic of neighborhoods: we've lived here 4.5 years and the neighbor with a garage across the street has closed the door to it for maybe 6 months of that time. It doesn't bother him because it is at a 90 degree angle to his house, so he doesn't see it. Not that it would probably bother him anyway since he was sitting mere feet from the trash can that the city had to plow around because he left it out in front of his house. That is thankfully not our street.

 

Our town has moved to these trash and recycling cans that are mechanically picked up and roll. However, none of the old houses in town have anywhere to put them and most of us don't have driveways that go to the street where they are collected.  Not to mention that many families need 4 of them. We have 3, 2 recycling, 1 trash.  So, they've been uglying up people's front yards and just put wherever.  It is hideous.

We are going to have to replace several of our rubias, sigh man.

They've swallowed the hokum about Valentine's Day having to be something special, big deal man.

Only holiday more contrived and more amateur is New Year's Eve, what a joke man.

 

Speaking of holidays, it is almost Columbus Day in Poland, celebrate it Many times yearly there oj tak!

Accordingly, we say [ahem, harrumph man]:

We are allotted ONE trash bin (choice of Many, Many, or Many gallons) and ONE recycle bin (only of Many gallons), inadequate man.  Nothing ever fits into them, no man.  Furthermore, there is only ONE bulk-trash collection per month, wholly inadequate man.  Even furthermorely, they skip our street half the time, Heads Must Roll man.

We're surprised that our former HOA didn't try to crack down on residents when the City decreed this bin program, surprised we man.  However, one will get a nasty letter if one's freshly emptied bins are left curbsided one minute after the truck has passed, count on that even if no one is home to pull them back in man.

Some of the trucks will empty the bins, then leave the lids open to show that they're empty, duh man.

This lets rainwater into the muck on the insides, and future contents stick there, both gross man.

The bins are a cop-out boondoggle, go back to 2-man/1-driver human collection man.
