Still no date for the MRI, they call every day but won't book it because of my Cochlear implant. Are they thinking it'll disappear overnight or something...

 

Redneck's neck is giving him major pain, his x-ray showed that one of the screws they used during the fusion surgery has broken and the cadaver bone didn't take...I keep waiting for his head to fall off!

Christmas time, one of the girls here decided that she needs her tooth pulled (Bull). Anyway, she was out for the entire holiday, 2 weeks. 

When I found out, I wanted to launch her. But it was decided among the bosses that it's better to let her face the cold shoulder from her co-workers. 

See, in Scandinavia, it is considered incredibly rude to come to work when you've got a communicable disease. Dane was getting ready to go to work anyway this morning, still with a fever. He went outside to shovel the 2 foot snow drift behind the cars and almost passed out, so no work. Probably fine since the roads were NTA and the schools closed. However, he'll be out of work for near a week now between the too cold days and the flu. Tomorrow afternoon we have another court hearing too.

I think Turtle's fever broke. She was 102-103.5 for about 30 hours. This morning she's 98.6, without medication for 9 hours. So...Keeping fingers crossed.

I thought of roseola...she does have a little rash. But the fever stayed down. 

These kids are like little germ factories. Who knows what she got from where. I'll just glad that the fever is gone.

Pretty much describes every puppy. If they weren't cute the species would probably die out due to puppycide.

Man, the weather has lost its mind. I could not work outside this time last week for more than 15 minutes due to the cold. Today it is 75, and ...dare I say it out loud...hot. 

 

Last June, as instructed, I applied for Medicare, and only Medicare, just before the big birthday. After a phone interview in July, and then no action at all, and plenty of annoyed phone calls, (have you ever tried to call these people?) my application was turned up somewhere, labeled "no decision".  They kept telling me to be patient, it does take two months y'now. Even after it had been seven months.

 

Seems they sorted themselves out. And they sent me a fairly decent chunk of change for backpay, for social security. Even though I didn't actually apply for that. I give up, these people are nuts.

Conquered laundry, another week down the tubes man.

Mrs. T-B. returned with certificate from intense short course, return she man.

Going to try more HSM + vitamin C tonight, nuke whatever it is man.

Maybe if you try eating a healthier diet you'd rest better.

As it happened, we were apparently exhausted, burn candle at all Many (2+1) ends we man.

We began yestereve's hourlong nap at half-of-half till Many (2x2x2+1) p.m., nap we man.

We didn't awaken till Many (2+2) a.m., dead-to-world we man.

Then we went back to sleep till up-getting time, even more of a good thing man.

Mrs. T-B. actually approved of this, "sometimes we need this" man.

For some reason, our back is the least bad than it's been in weeks, hmmm man.
