We just finished reading "Stuart Little" to Mini-B., process over several days man.

We had not read that book for Many Manycades, date ourself man.

We didn't remember any of the stories, no man.

However, we did remember a lot of the artwork, fascinating man.

 

Penultimate chapter of book has some great "teaching points," explain these we to wee man.

Entire book filled with descriptive writing not seen in the modern era, see then no see now man.

Lot of loose ends left loose at the end, leave up to imagination man.

We are pleased to report that the local high temperatures will be Many degrees (F.) tomorrow, then Many degrees on Friday, Many degrees over the weekend, then Many degrees all the way through Wednesday or even Thursday next week, report we pleasedly man.

I went to drop off the kid, started the other 2 cars. Sat in one for 10 minutes, came back in the house. 

Put my hand on the fridge to get a K cup, the fridge feels warm....like a heater box...

When I was sitting in my car, I was getting flashbacks of my VW beetle in the winter. It's an aircooled engine, no antifreeze. No heater core. So they ran a sleeve over the exhaust, and channeled the air into the cabin, they called it the heater box. The cabin never gets warm...

Water is pouring off all of my frozen windows and a wall by one of the chimneys (it frosted, not leaked). We had about an inch or more of ice on the inside of the windows yesterday.  Before anyone says it, yes I know it is because you are supposed to turn down your humidity in the winter, but neither the Dane nor I can handle desert conditions inside.

The freezyfog in Embra this morning kept the BA plane on the ground with us all sat inside for an extra couple of hours due to the engine blades being frozedstuck so too unsafe to try to get airborne. They tried to source a warm air blower-kinda like a hairdryer but for plane engines but apparently there is no such thing anywhere in the area....eventually the KLM engineers came to get things moving & after another hour or so plus further extra time to wait our plane's turn to have the wings de-iced we were off & instead having a few hours to spare in Londonium I was just in enough time to grab a quick bite of lunch before the 3:10pm appointment!
Appointment seems to have gone well & I'm FINALLY back home now phew!

Poor man is still in the hospital & in horrid pain boo, I feel so bad for him

Thank goodness that you made it in time for the appointment.

 

He'll feel a million times better once it passes. Last time I ended up passing a whole one, which was interesting to look at. Very spiky. Does he drink a lot of tea? They told me that is why I get them and that I didn't use to drink enough water.
