The last couple of days, the dog keep wanting to go out in sub zero weather. I'm like, how are you not cold? You just got a haircut!

 

Looking into the breed more, his ancestors lived in 14000 ft elevation in the monasteries, the little monk dogs love the cold! They love the snow!

In fact they're listed as among the top breeds that thrive in cold weather...

That's the biggest complaint I have been seeing on FB on this local animal rescue forum I see with cold weather dogs. They just love this cold weather and want to stay outside and play while the owner is like "OMG it's cold".

So I went to bed last night and it was nice n' toasty in our room only to wake up and it's cold as balls in the house. The heater went out overnight and the soonest they can get someone out here to look at it is Thursday.
