One good thing about monsooning is that it awakens the Ecuadorian tree-frogs, melodious pests man.

Mrs. T-B. says that it's exactly what they have in Ecu, knowledgeable she man.

Only thing louder is roosters, strangle them all man.

The chief population groups in Ecu are, in order man:

   1.  Roosters, strangle them all man

   2.  Dogs, silence them all man

   Many.  Ecus, imagine that man

Busy with making a list what to pack for the vacation

And with watching a new season of Game of thrones which kinda sucks, but I'm a sucker LOL.

And I bought a flat! Well, what's the difference between a flat and an apartment?

It's not a big space, but for me it's enough ;)

Will move in after my trip to the US.

Missed you all! :)

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? T-Bone how's yer mam getting on?

Things have been busy for us here(that's my excuse for not stopping by to say hello before now).....we FINALLY got all the forms & documentation sent in for USCIS(despite a whole load of crazy from somewhere that ought offer better service but best remain nameless  .....seriously don't ask!) & we've been attempting to get as much of the other necessary stuffs dealt with such as getting me added to the bank account, lease & health insurance,  which is proving more difficult than it really ought to be. ....likewise some official stuff back in the UK also.....plus husband's treatment is still being finalised & we're awaiting FMLA to be in place beforehand. ......& breathe.....phew!

We did manage to take a few day trips out & about last week, I saw a lake almost as big as the country I hail from wowzers!

I had my first sessions teaching Tai Chi at the local seniors residential complex yesterday, it felt great to be teaching again,  even if sometimes the folks didn't maybe understand 100% of what I was saying due to my accent. ....I did laugh when one lady corrected me on my pronunciation of the land of my birth. ....it's 'Scaaaaatland' .....fancy me getting that wrong all these years lmao

1- did you see our "nessie"? It's 10 times bigger than Scortlind's nessie.

2- Scórtlind- noun, a small growth on Englind's head...

BTW we're gonna do a walk through the Brooklyn Bridge at the sunrise. Steve, do you know if the uber prices are higher on weekend or the same ones as on a normal week day? We plan to do the walk on Sunday, but if it'd be cheaper to go there on Monday, we'd switch plans and go to Riverhead on Sunday :)
