None of this sounds propitious, sorry Niki-B. ma'am.

But does this overshadow the above, honestly Niki-B. ma'am?  And you misspelled "color," sorry ma'am.

A little... it's just a positive.  My scrubs now are horrible. They're like this bright royal blue and it's like I'm wearing paperbags.

Texas and Minnesota > Australia right now.  Count me out of tire-melting drop bear-killing heat.

Don't really understand why they moved the Australian Open from November to late January. Might rain in Melbourne in November, but it would be better than the heat.

Brown bears, black bears, polar bears, drop bears... we can't bear it, no LB ma'am.

Didn't see any bears in Russia last year. Disappointed, man. Then Anastasia mentioned seeing a story about bears getting into things here in California. Must have swam across the Bearing Strait, I guess.

My dad used to get bears on his porch in CT. I'm just waiting to see my first Minnesota moose. I've seen them in New Hampshire, but not one here.

The Dane left for a call before I got up this morning. Came back home just now with coffee and a soba bowl. #freebirthdaycoffee Then, as soon as he sits down, another call. This might be fine and great for people who live in town, but now he has to drive all the way back there.  I guess I'm not getting a cleaner house today.

Turtle, on way to doctor, throw up, all over the car, thank heavens I switched to the CRV because of the storm coming.

Then, came home and threw up all over the floor...

She has now threw up in all 3 cars. No fun shampooing the seats and carpet in the car in 35 degree weather.

Oh, poor Turtle.  Do you have a garage that you could do it in?

The littlest Dane seems to have a normal temperature today. I think part of yesterday's super low temp might have been that his room dropped much lower than usual and I had him dressed for a fever.  The boys' room is an extension that has a crawlspace underneath. We've opened it up to the basement, but it is still colder.

Hello my friends ;)

After being absent and busy, I‘m back!

Happy new year although the first month is pretty much done already.

I have an amazing job that I started 2 weeks ago and I‘m just super happy with it!

The husband is back to school and is becoming one of those „know-it-all“ people in class but I‘m proud of him.

Now last and final step-finding  our on apartment and that ASAP- I don‘t wanna live with my mother in law and her partner any longer than necessary

many hugs to all of you:)  and I hope all the fever kids are gerting better soon

Oh do that!!!! I would never live with my in-laws.  Even visiting is too long honestly.  I'd rather stay at a hotel.  My husband's back broke out really badly after my MIL washed his clothes.

@SAT  hope she feels better soon!

I love my mother in law! She goes above and beyond for us but there was a really bad and really serious thing that happened with her partner and I am definitely not willing to live here any longer!

Wish I could tell anyone but my husband about it, but I dunno if it‘s my business..

i don‘t know, doesn‘t matter I just NEED to move asap. If possible TODAY but i guess that‘s not gonna happen

The move from December to January was to discourage players from opting not to come to the tournament. When it was in December it was the final of the 4 grand slam tournaments and many key players chose to not play.. and take an early Christmas break... especially if they were not in the running for the Grand Slam, or their ranking was where they wanted it to be for the year. By having it in January, it became the first of the 4 tournaments, and anyone aspiring to take the Grand Slam would have to start by winning the AUST Open. Also, if a player skipped the January tournament and then had to miss other majors during the year due to injury, their ranking would have fallen dramatically. So there is a really good turn out for the Aussie Open now .. despite the heat ! Clever marketing all round

I would be upset if someone didn't tell me my mother was having issues with her partner.

Oh nm i see... i misread.  I'm glad you told him.  I hope you find a place soon.

It's not that I don't like my MIL or FIL.  They're both wonderful people btw.  I just like my own space.  I don't even like staying at my own family's homes.
