So, Nikkie, master, or mistress rather, of working out... how do I incorporate deadlifting into my workout routine? I've been doing these Les Mills workouts for a while with lower weights with high repetitions, so I thought I'd try it, and it isn't so bad. I was terribly worried about my back, but it seems that was an unfounded fear.  Anyways, how often should I do it and how many reps am I looking for? Am I supposed to be going for the max I can lift or within my comfort zone?

I've finished my term paper for my capstone class. I'm taking my final exams for it this week.

 

Then, I've just a short paper on the Turing machine to write over the weekend, and 2 more exams for my Number Theory class to go.
