If you get an AX platinum with the 60,000 point offer, you'll get the flights for free. Plus a free 4th night stay at the hotel. 300 dollars worth of upgrades free. 

If you get "targeted" for the AX platinum, it's 120,000 points. That's good for 4 round trip domestic flights. But you have to spend 5000 on what, 3 months. And you get 4X the points.

 

AX platinum has no interest charge. 

Annual fee is 550 bucks, first year is waved.  But if you take a 5 day trip, you save like 1500 bucks. 

 

I did it, then cancelled the card. Then they "targeted" me again. 

 

Targeted = they solicit you. 

 

Citibank prestige card is similar, and chase sapphire. 

 

Maybe look into it?
