My roots are navy bluish purple, despite the layer of purple.  I don't hate it, but I just wish my whole head was the same color.

Everything other color is fine.

 

My roots aren't that bad, but it is just irking me. I don't know how they ended up more blue than when I use blue as a base.  🧐 Except that Punky Color > Manic Panic and might just be a little stronger.

 

I thought I would get all this stuff done when I finished with school, but it is just regular chores all day long. I haven't even gotten to start spring cleaning yet.

What's wrong with rubia? I was born one, stayed that way for years. Now it's dark rubia with natural smokey (read gray) highlights. Supposed to be the "In" color trend this year.

Windfall alert!

 

I went to book the final (first?) leg of my September trip to Europe from New Mexico to Los Angeles and was getting ready to click "Buy" but figured I should login to my Delta miles account so I can at least record miles of the flight to my account. Lo and behold there's 10,027 miles in there. A quick search revealed I could get the RT flight with exactly 10,000 miles. That's like $150 in my pocket. And I also learned Delta miles never expire which explains why the miles were there in the first place. For real though, the airline mileage game just isn't the same anymore since I took a local job and only fly once or twice a year. Happy to wring the last few miles out of an active account.

Spousal hair preferences... I deal with this on a small scale. Every once in awhile La Colombiana tells me to grow my hair out from my once a month buzzcut. But then as my barber appointment approaches I ask her if I should skip it or how I should inform my barber to trim it instead of buzz it, only for her to change her mind and telling me to have it buzzed. This cycle has happened 3 times. Maybe I'm not reading in btwn the lines.

 

I like her hair no matter what. She knows I like it when it's dark - her natural hair color - but it looks great when she streaks it with red or rubia, too.

I cut the Dane's hair, so generally I decide, as long as it is less than 2 inches.

 

Sounds to me like indecision on her part. I get that all the time.

My littles are inside at least half the year due to the temperature and a lot of the other half due to the sun...

 

They survive. 

 

We also hate yardwork. I'd kill to have it all artificial turf or something.

I'm ready to pave the lot. I know with the week of rain we are looking for it will be needing cutting again. I swear I can hear it growing out there in the dark.
