Congratulations Sis! I have the same situation with you, pero wala pa mi naka start ug amoang K1 Visa application. Pwede mangutana unsa ilahang ginapangayo about sa Divorce? Daghang Salamat

Was your marriage registered as a Muslim marriage?  If so, no need to worry.  The US embassy in Manila will recognize the sharia law divorce.  BUT if you were married in a Catholic church or not married under sharia law, then USEM will deny you a marriage-based visa because sharia law divorce would not be valid in that case.
