Hey Guys,
I don't have a Birth Certificate from the Union Council. I do have the FRC and the certificate from the hospital but I don't have the one from the Union Council.

Can someone please guide me that If it is NECESSARY to have a Birth Certificate from Union Council or is there any other way. My UC is too far and I am not sure if my record is there or not.

Please guide.

Thanks

My wife could not find her Union Council certificate and went to NADRA to get a new one. We sent NADRA birth certificate to NVC and it was accepted. In addition, we also sent them FRC as well as Secondary School Certificate showing her date of birth. I hope they accept this during the interview.

You should try to obtain the UC certificate.  If you make a NADRA certificate make sure you show them a COPY (never give originals) of your hospital certificate so they can reference it on the NADRA certificate.

Along with the NADRA certificate, if you have your old B form from childhood, that may help.  The hospital certificate can be submitted as secondary proof.  Also, the matriculation certificate can be submitted as well (it's often used in place of birth certificates in Pakistan)

Thank you very much for the help. I made it from my native town UC but it was such a long process -_-

Wish me luck for tomorrow's interview :)

Did the UC give you a computerized (NADRA style) certificate or a handwritten one?

@Hamza Sufi the lady gave me this white paper which has section 221(g) tick marked and didn't ask me to upload or send anything. Regarding passport, she said that you will get the passport in/after 1 month. I am confused man that what will happen. She didn't check our pictures, IRS or W2 or anything, just Nikka nama (English, Urdu, marriage certificate), original birth certificate, passport, pictures and medical.

I don't know what to do next and my status is still the same on CEAC.

I had my interview on the 16th it went really well the lady was nice she saw our pictures together , asked me the general questions and told me my visa was approved and I should get it within 1-2 weeks, now when I check my status on ceac it says administrative processing , but I guess it's normal, inshAllah you will get yours sooner than one month as well. Best of luck to both of us I guess
