I don't think anybody is suggesting that how they met is a problem. The OP is just asking for how to submit the proper evidence to show compliance with IMBRA.

I met my husband through POF in the US. I didn't even think about his all when I filed K1 back in 2017. At my interview last year (Amsterdam) the officer asked me how we met, I told him POF and that was that. Most officers know the big dating apps (badoo, POF, Tinder etc) and won't question or RFE you for that

Depends on the IO you get. I did the same with OK Cupid in Dec. 2016 thinking that they knew OKC. We got an RFE asking for evidence of OK Cupid not being an IMB. Others have received the same RFE for Tinder and such.

I think part of it is how it is explained that you met, and the other is how strict the IO adjudicating the I-129F is.

Please dont take this the wrong way, but I see absolutely nothing wrong with giving out factual information to the OP and all of the viewers of VisaJourney. I'm going off assumptions, OP does not have a visible timeline. I can only assume she is building her K1 package to send off. A little bit of advice can go a long way on this forum as I've found in my wifes immigration journey from Mexico. My previous comment stands.

Nothing I stated was intended to suggest that the advice wasn't helpful.

My remark was in response to "File, file file!!", which means having a complete package....which involves answering the OP's question. The remark was to redirect focus on answering that question so they can file a complete package.

you do not have a timeline so we dont know if you already applied

if you did and did not make a  cover letter saying how u met ,  USCIS may send RFE for you to prove it/  i didn't do a cover letter and this is one of the things i  had to send with my RFE .   Proof was asked for at 1st stage not embassy interview

if you haven't sent the application yet,  include a cover letter and copy of 1st contact and the terms and conditions of the site (as said above)

and read the portal and reviews about Morocco as other countries are not the same as this country

best advise here comes from Morocco members

If you talk about the cover letter that we will know ( includes all forms and docs in 129 petition)  yes I did it already

I still have my first convo with him explaining it all

Also I met a girl who is the same as me she said she printed just the terms and conditions and got no rfe everything was just fine

@Sarah22If you didnt have to pay to be matched to your fiance, its perfectly fine! File, file file!! Its a good 7 month wait for petition approval! I wouldn't worry at all over this. I'd worry more that you've met the other requirements. For instance, If you have met physically, in person within the last 2 years of filed k1 petition. Thats the biggy. Unless you can prove religion prevents you from seeing each other in person of course.

Everything is perfect I was just worried about it and now I found my answer

Thank you allll
