Hi,

 

I am working on the online application today, and I'm stuck on the uploading documentation part.   It just keeps spinning and won't upload.  It's not my internet connection either.

 

Anyone else experience this?    I even signed out and logged back in.

successful walk-in biometrics --- literally I spend 4 mins inside ------- Now the real waiting game Starts now

  • (0 Days) 02/08/14---- I485, I130, I765 Sent
  • (2 Days) 02/10/14 ---- USPS.COM package deliver
  • (12 Days) 02/19/14 ---- NOA Received for all apps
  • (20 Days) 02/27/14 ---- NOA1 Biometrics app for I485, I765 Appointment for 03/13/14
  • (21 Days) 02/28/14 ---- Successful walk in for biometrics at local UCIS Miami --- Same day license renew
  • (48 Days) 03/27/14 ----- Driver License arrived
  • (54 Days) 04/02/14 ----- Status change online for I485 "testing Interview"
  • (61 Days) 04/09/14 ----- Called UCIS to expedite my I765
  • (62 Days) 04/10/14 ----- Meet with my congressman asking him to call on my behalf to expedite my I765
  • (63 Days) 04/11/14 ----- Email recieved from USCIS Requesting proof of financial hardship and job offer FAX SENT @16:02 04/11/14

I finally got the application submitted.  All evening long repeatedly uploading documents because they would just spin forever.  Gave up on just one document, and didn't try to upload duplicates in the other sections.  Like children's birth certificates in the marriage section and separate section about children.   I did like the online application much better though.

Hello every body,

Wish everyone the best,

I have a question:

I applied for i751 in oct 6 2017,still pending lol, jan 10 inapllied for citizenship, i know i have to wait for i751 to get approved before they process n400, my question is  are they going to lete know that my green card is approved or they will automaticly keeping to process n400, ihave my biometric taken i think second week after they recieved my n400.

Congratulations!   So fast!  I filed online yesterday and the wait time is 11 months on the online status.

Nobody can tell you what will happen, because some people get their interviews, even oath scheduled, without getting Green card. Go ahead and read all topics, I have done it, so many different experiences, no rules!

Btw: I have been waiting for my I751 also (from Dec 2017), and I applied for N400 in Jan 2019, done with biometrics. Now...I’m waiting!

Yeah i could believe it. they said after taking Biometrics the wait time was 12 months and case completion time 13 months so maybe the whole process will be done by June or July.

Passed N400 interview on Mar 5th now have Citizenship ceremony for April 5th in Durham Nc
