i don’t think will be that long we hire a company to do it for us

That makes no difference at all.....In fact, those companies sometimes make mistakes........As far as the next step, have you read the K-1 guides here:

i m actually asking what is the next step ? noa? i don’t think will be that long we hire a company to do it for us anyway we shouldn’t have a problem with our documents, just wondering next step is Noa probably

Outside assistance agencies cannot speed up the approval process.   Every petition gets put in the queue and the length of the queue right now is 6 mos.

YMMV

Hy guys please help, we received a message with receipt number and notice home for I-797, can someone advice what is next step? Thanks

If you just submitted paperwork (like aos for example), then that’s your receipt notice, meaning they received your application. After that you’ll get your fingerprint (biometrics appointment) and then  NOTHING ELSE FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS while EAD and AP are processed, unless you’re on of those unicorn cases, in one of those unicorn states where they don’t have a backlog and they process everything in a breeze! I’ve seen cases here that were processed in 100 days, green cards in 100 days from filing...unheard of 🦄

good luck 🍀 I’m in NYS and just the EAD/AP took 6 months 🙃 and the wait time for interview is 17-34 months 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 🍀🍀

OP just submitted a 129F for K1 based on previous posts.  And USC fiance has a criminal record which could slow things down or be cause for a denial.  Petition approvals are averaging 6 months, so all they can do is wait and prepare documents, then after petition approval, prepare for NVC/consulate stage which takes an additional four months on average, could be more, could be less depending on circumstances.  Total time before the fiancee can enter the US, about 10 months right now, and it is increasing over time.  Then once in the US there's AOS and ROC.  OP needs to read the VJ guides and become educated on all of these steps.

Oh wow so they’re basically starting 🤐 as far as I understand if the USC petitioner doesn’t have any convictions of domestic violence or sexual in nature they can still petition, Ive read that even from jail, which to me is insane but anything is possible for a USC 👌🏽

It would really depend on the crime committed, the crimes banned from petitioning are well banned actually, crimes of moral turpitude, debatable.
