Did you get in touch with the USCIS to see what's going on with your case I'm sorry to hear that

my fiance called and they said there was no change on their system and they would get someone to call back. When someone did call back they got discounted and there was no number for him to call back. On the USCIS site, you have to wait until the center is at your receipt date before you can query the wait, as of today they're on June 12th, we can query it again in 17 days. The wait is killing us, even more so when so many people who applied after us are getting approved :( (super happy for everyone getting good news though!)

I'm a July CR1 I-130 filer, and some other VJ members on our group thread have been approved in the last few days, both Potomac and Texas centers, so right at 6 months for the petition.  So some very happy couples, the rest of us continue to wait and hope...

I'm a July K1 filer and received my NOA2 in December (see my signature for exact dates). Try not to stress too much if you haven't received an approval yet, you're still within normal processing times and I hope you get your approval soon.

How was your petition? Did you meet and or exceed all requirements? How many pages was it? What did you include?

im wondering if the strength if our petitions is what made the processing so fast. I’ll let you know about mine too!

thanks!

Hello have anyone on here filed in July and have you heard anything yet

Are you in this group? Many are sharing their experiences.

Also, Use the tools here in VJ to answer "when I am going to get etc. etc." question. Near your picture there is a link for your timeline. Select it and once you're on the next page near your picture  you will see "follow similar timelines" and it will populate 12 other couples who are near your dates. Scroll down and you will see a "spreadsheet" style page showing all the variables for measurement for when others are getting the same notice of approval or action.  Try it. It really works!

I followed those that were in my group to give me an idea where they were in processing so I could judge if I was ahead or behind.  It's pretty accurate, maybe within a day or so.

If you choose to follow those twelve members then you will get an email every time their status updates.

I put a lot of work into my petition, but I only provided proof of 2 of our trips to see each other within the 6 months before applying (boarding passes, luggage tags, itineraries, passport stamps, photos). I did include a lot of other unnecessary stuff like chat logs, Skype logs. In total it was ~150 pages long. What I did wasn’t necessary though.

I don’t think this impacts approval time at all (other than not getting RFE). The applications are put into different piles, and different officers work on one of those piles each. As humans, some are faster than others and getting through X approvals in a day.
