Filing out ROC form. Need help!

I can’t seem to find the instructions for Part 5. Information about your children. I ‘m in the process of filing out the i-751 form. Part 5: Information about your children is asking to provide information on my child. Does this mean my child who was born here in the US? Or child who came with me to the US? Confused.

Good rule of thumb is to always take USCIS instructions literally. 

 

Part 5 instructions above the question states "provide information on all of your children".

 

ALL children, as in every child you have regardless of whether they are living in the US (with or without you), or living abroad, and regardless of whether any children immigrated with you or not.

List ALL your children, just like the question asks you to.

After each child, it gives you YES or NO checkboxes for "is the child living with you?" & "is the child applying with you?".

Your child who was born here you'd check NO for the "is the child applying with you?" and if you have another child who immigrated with you and whose ROC you're filing for then you'll check YES for "is the child applying with you?".
