Woohoo!

My husband and stepsons APs were approved yesterday! The emails came in at 10:45pm. Now we can get the kids to see their mother and no more faxes on a daily basis from his ex's lawyer!

OK, since we only received the emails, how long does it take to get hard copies?

Anyone?

04/24/07- Touches on all AOS and husbands EAD

04/27/07- Interview notice received! (Day 25) (06/27/07 @ 10:00am!) Note: Notice Dated 04/23/07

05/19/07- HAPPY 1st ANNIVERSARY!!! Interview cancellation notices arrive... happy anniversary indeed....

05/21/07- AP Approval emails received for the kids! Now waiting for husbands AP approval?!?!?

05/21,22,23,24/07- Touches and stepsons and husbands APs

05/26/07- Husband and stepsons APs ARRIVE!!! (day 54)

06/11/07- EAD- "Card Production Ordered"!!! (day 70)

06/18/07- EAD- "Approval Notice Sent"!!! (Day 77)

06/20/07- EAD- Card arrives in mail!!! (Day 79)

06/27/07- Interview date (Interview WAS cancelled!) (Day 86)

07/12/07- New interview letters received for 08/09/2007 (kids wont be home until 08/17/07!!!)

09/10/07- Interview!!!! Approved!!!! See you guys in 21 months!!!

05/02/07 Check finally clears my bank - appears to have been processed on 4/30 by VSC (day 30)

05/04/07 Received BLUE Finger Print Receipt Notification (day 32)

05/17/07 Received NOA1 dated 5/9/07(day 45)

05/18/07 Received ASC Appointment Notice dated 5/14/07 for June 1st (day 46)

06/01/07 Biometric Appointment today @ 2:00 (day 60)

06/03/07 "Touched" (day 62)

10/26/07 "Card Production Ordered" (217 days from the day the application received and 172 days from NOA1)

10/31/07 Received Notice of Removal of Conditional Basis of Lawful Permanent Residence letter, signed by Paul E Novak Jr.

Congrats, I know that is a heavy burden that has been lifted. Not sure how long it takes to get the hard copies I would imagine about a week. Have a safe trip up north.

May 29, 2007... GREEN CARD ARRIVES.. and email from CRIS approval notice sent (Day 75)

Sept 25, 2008... Moved to the UK

Feb 24, 2009... Mailed I-751 to CSC from UK

December 30, 2009... Approval notice!!

Jan 9, 2010... 10 year GREEN CARD arrives.

May 31, 2012... Express Mailed N-400 application to the Nebraska Service Center for military spouses filing overseas

Jun 11, 2012... NOA date and Cheque cashed Day 11

Jun 28, 2012... Placed in line for interview scheduling Day 28

Jul 20, 2012... Email from USCIS London for info to schedule interview Day 50

Sep 1, 2012... Moved back to the USA

Sep 12, 2012... Email from USCIS London scheduled for interview/oath Sept 28th in the UK(will be day 120)

Nov 26, 2012... Had submitted change of addresses. Notification that I have again been scheduled for interview Day 179

Dec 1, 2012... Letter arrived Day 184 with new interview date Jan 4, 2013 (Will be day 218)

Uh... OK, we were wrong :unsure: . My stepsons APs have been approved and sent, but not my husbands. His has been touched every day for the past 4 days. He called the toll free line and was transfered to an officer who confirmed that his AP was approved but had not been sent as of 4pm yesterday. This kind of puts a wrench in things!

I guess if the kids APs arrive today or tomorrow, I'll drive the 600 miles each way so they can visit their mother. She :girlwerewolf2xn: refuses to do ANY of the driving to see the kids "cuz the court order says HE HAS TO DRIVE"! Please, it drives me crazy to see someone who wants all the rights with no responsibilities. So much for putting the kids first! But, I dont want the kids to suffer and I dont want my husband landing in jail for contempt of court so I guess I'll start packing.

We'll keep you posted!
