Did he send overnight?   not regular mail or priorty but overnight ?

regular mail for Morocco can take months

no he used First class mail,, he paid around 40$, i submitted a Missing mail case at usps.com but no answer  

what about FEDEX ? is it good ? can i have the docs in 48h ?

Fed ex is good but more expensive

but you need these documents

first class is not what you needed

first class is economical way to send (can take forever) it is not overnight (which takes about 4 days for international )

 

Global Express Guaranteed® was the way to go
