Dee maybe all the bad luck is getting out of the way so that good luck will come at the interview! My sister has worked in the type of office you work at and has gone through so many jobs in the past few years. It is a very stressful environment where personalities definitely tend to go at each other since you're so close together, etc. Maybe you could get a new job along with that new appt of yours and then you'll look back and see this was a blessing in disguise? (I know I know...when I'm in a rotton mood I absolutely HATE people throwing sunshine up there but I just had to do it )

moody - congrats on the gym! Is Moh gonna join too?

maggie - I can't wait for Shrek! We went to some Shrek thing at Universal and it was awesome!

amal - wake up!!! I have insomnia too so I can totally relate. My memory is also going and to be honest it's scaring me a little. I'm going to look up the signs of alzheimers today 'cause I swear..... it's little things like when I'm writing I'll forget how to write a letter and mess it up, or I"ll be in an excel spreadsheet and click on a different one and by the time it loads up I'll forget why I clicked on it, etc.

lal_brandow - When I get migraines they last a good week. I"ll have good moments and think I'm normal again and then Kapow, it's back. What do you take for it? I take midrin I think. It's ok but doesn't totally take the pain away.

abdoujen - Good luck on the interview! You leave in the morning right? Will you have internet access at home?

Ok I think that's everyone but if not sorry!!!! Time for lunch. Did you all know that a tootsie roll pop only has 1 point on weight watchers???? I was psyched when I found that out!!! I mean it lasts soooo long and it gives so much pleasure in one little point!!

Thanks, Doodle! I dunno about him joining. The man is thin enough..lucky! When I left this morning he said, do some exercises for me. Funny...not. It's so not fair that he can sit and eat an entire bag (full size) of Cheetos and not gain an ounce. I look at a bag and I gain weight.

hi everyone....just wanted to pop in....Geo started working finally. today is his second day....he is scouting an apartment...thats the last step before we apply for my visa....sooooo i am hoping in the next 2wks i will be able to have a date or at least a clear shot to when ill be going to join him...this has been a painful seperation not knowing when we would see each other again...sooooooo hopefully soon ehh..

Kudos to all of you that have endured long seperations.

It is a good day since I was able to confirn that the embassy does in fact have Hasan's passport in their possession and I will call again tomorrow to see it they stamped it. I also got to talk to my mom and she is in good spirits, on her way to the dr and she is doing radiation on all the tumors in the head. She turned 67 yesterday so I am greatful that she made it to 67.

I look forwad to the slummber party.

Lal: Have you tried a chirpractor? Maybe something is not in line. A headache shouldn't last that long, as I'm sure you know.

yeah i have been waxing & waning between total nausea and semi-functioning. Today I am just tired of it. i have only been taking motrin, and now have switched to tylenol. hopefully it will be kicked soon. thanks...

Yes, a new job is 100% in my future!!!!!!! BUT i have to make a new resume... I went for a complete Field change when I got this job... I can handle the work - its no brainers - BUT the cocky, selective hearing, superior Yet incompedent attitudes I cant handle

well.. my old career was a Massage therapist( for 10 years!).. If you are experiencing long term headaches/ migraines like that.. one of your cervical vertebrae might be out of alignment.. I would put some heat on your neck to help relax your muscles... And go to a chiropracter... You can stay fully clothed

Laura, I'm so sorry about the migraine. I once had one that had me vomiting almost every hour for 3 days straight. I finally managed to get myself to the doctor, he prescribed some drugs, which broke my migraine, but then I woke up a few hours later with a HORRIBLE rash!!!! I actually preferred it to the migraine, though For me, I take tons of motrin (800 mg is ok!) and caffeine. It usually helps if I catch it soon enough.

Amy, I'm so sorry your poor foot is still bothering you, i remember way back when you first hurt it and had your sausage toes!! I would agree that getting the surgery is probably not the best idea, a lot of times you end up worse off than before. You've just got to keep walking (like you're doing)

Dee, I'll try to stop by tonight to wish you good luck! I've been conking out at around 9PM though so I won't be really part of the slumber party.
