I will be arriving in the U.S. next week with my Fiancee and Daughter. They are coming on a K-1 and K-2. The Daughter will 16 by the time we are married and I submit the AOS package.

Questions:

1. Do I need to submit a complete and separate set of documents for each one of them?

2. If so, should they be mailed together in one package or sent in individual packages?

Any other information along these lines that someone can add would be great.

Thanks,

Chuck D

Chuck D,

They each need to submit their own adjustment of status applications.

Both applications can be mailed in the same packaging.

I made two folders. One for myself and another for my son.

I sent them both together.

Good luck
