Try calling the USCIS. I had the same issue. I sent my upgrade request on nov 28. I got a notice in the mail that i need to fax my naturalizatiin certificate to CSC. I did fax it on the same day. I tried to call them on the next day then they said call us after 30 days. I called them on jan 10 again they said it would have been upgraded if i already sent the proof. I was so confused then i filed a service request my case is outside normal processing time. FINALLY I recieved an email on jan 15 that my case is upgraded to CR1 category and you will recieve a decision within 5 months. So it was big relief. It took about 6 weeks to upgrade my petition.

Hi,

I'm in the same situation, however, after I upgraded my case I haven't receive any notification from USCIS. I sent a copy of my naturalization certificate to CSC(2 months ago) twice and called for the upgrade twice, in the last time few weeks ago they told me that they will contact me to fax a proof, but haven't been contacted yet.

few days ago I called again and they told me that they sent me a letter but I haven't receive any! and I need to wait for 30 day to call them again for an update.

Please can you please share the fax number if it's possible.
