Is there anyone who got their NOA2 received at NVC early December and received case/invoice number yet?

Not that I've seen. The most recent example that I can find, among VJ members who's timeline doesn't apear screwed up, is NVC received 11/8.

I updated mine with NVC received 12/10. However, I was wondering if any one from December received case number/invoice yet.   Thanks

I sorted all the VJ IR-1/CR-1 timelines by NVC receive date:

IR-1 and CR-1 timelines sorted by NVC "Received date"

I reviewed each of the user timelines in order, starting from the newest "NVC received" date, until I found one who had been contacted by the NVC. The most recent profile (NVC Received 11/8) that indicated they had paid a NVC bill was:

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=310115

There was one exception, but I believe they have a problem with their timeline because it shows they paid a NVC bill 2 days after "NVC received", which is highly unlikely:

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=299235

Therefore, among the very small sample set of VJ users who are filling out their timeline correctly after NOA2, it appears that there are exactly 0 users who have received a NVC case number and have a"NVC recieved" later than 11/8.

Thanks. Hopefully someone will chime in with a newer date. Our "NVC Recieved" date is 11/21 and I'm beginning to get stressed the the shutdown is having an effect, despite the reports otherwise.

That was very informative. I’m hoping not, since they are paid by immigrants and not funded by the feds. Thank you

I was looking at the same thing and it seems like there is a delay at the NVC, but just today one of my state senators told me that NVC and USCIS still have full funding and shouldn't be experiencing shut-down delays.  I hope it starts moving along!
