Congrats - about freaking time!!

Thanks. Yeah honestly. It was as long as K1 itself. Urgh that was annoying. Now i'm not expecting anything to hear about the 485 for a year. Sit back and do what we have to do. FINALLY

The website was updated to say our cases for K1 and K2 are being scheduled for an interview.  Nothing about AP or EAD.

does it say "READY TO BE SCHEDULED" or "The interview has been scheduled"? Big difference.

It says ready to be scheduled.  At least it was a change... finally.  Now to wait for the notice that it has been scheduled.

then not much to expect. Look up your local office processing times.

I happy to see that I am not the only one (sorry).

I applied for AOD, EAD, AD and it got confirmed 15 January.

AOD Status: "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"  5th June.

Havent heard anything else for EAD and AD (Advance Parole). Making me worried that alot of people in the April thread already got accepted way earlier.

What is going on?

*edit* Office assigned: NBC and 192 days waiting

We’re in the same boat. Been waiting since January. Got fingerprinted for EAD on 14 Feb and for AOS been waiting on interview since 13 March. 166 at the NBC and 139 days waiting, respectively. In DC

Not much You can do but wait.. I usually try to find a pattern to explain how they process, and it was kind of simple with K1, but EAD.. IT just seems like they pull the cases from the hat with eyes closed, whether cases from 2018 sept, or 2019 May. No idea why, how or who decides which cases how are processed.

He my response above.

Another thing i can say you could do is call the customer service, and ask to speak with T2. They can tell you move about the status of the case. I actually did that with K1 and they told me that the case was assigned to an officers and should be adjudicated in a week or two, lo and behold, 3 days later approved. Last week was similar, called 2 weeks ago, was on hold for 30mins, asked for T2, got put in line for callback, never heard anything, called 4 days later and asked why havent i gotten a call back, usual "no idea" response, got put in line for callback again, never got it, same day got approved. I HAVE NO IDEA if these are connected, but it looks like me calling them, got them moving as none of other cases around my date were processed. I think they figured to get me the card, to make me go away lol. No idea though, thats just my experience with that.
