So day 167 (for me) passes with no update on EAD/AP. How many of us are still waiting from the January filers on this thread?

I think many people are still waiting. Because it is just a few of January filers that has either gotten ead/ap approvals or ready to be scheduled for interview. 

But I know from this moment going many people are going to get updates.

By the case tracker, only very little number got their EAD/AP's. Atleast 100 cases around ours. I think it's gonna be another couple of weeks of silence as it seems they're finishing up Nov/Dec filers, and should move on to Jan..

Hi, I'm new in this forum. 😁

 

My husband and I sent the package on January 28th and we received Form I-797 February 1st. We have not received anything else and I am very anxious.  How much longer will it take?  my case is in TEXAS.

 

How are your cases going?

Wrong subforum.. This is for Adjustment of Status NOA1 January. You need to find CR-1/IR-1 Jan NOA1.

P.S. CR-1's take ~10months so you're halfway.

I can imagine that. And I hope at least from next week going many of you will get update.

Received two of those automatic emails today stating that they’re still reviewing my case but there’s no update in status. It states they last touched my file on the 21st June, but history online doesn’t show what they did. Any ideas?

Also, has anyone else received this type of email, and if so did your status update soon thereafter or still nothing?

I did received such an email in the first week of June  that they were still reviewing my case and the last action taken on my case was on May 24th. And I got approval for EAD/AP on June 27.

And I received the approval notice on July 1st. 

Now I am just waiting for them to mail me the card. 

 

I hope you get approval soon.

Oh that’s positive news, hopefully my approval comes through then by end of July at the latest.

Hopefully. That is my case. But before that I had a RFIE which I put in a service inquiry early May. So in early June I called to inquire about my service inquiry concerning my RFIE. 

 

I hope you hear an update soon.

It is a New Week, Holiday weekend is over. All workers are back to work now. 

I wish more approvals happen for January filers. My fingers are crossed
