About the only thing we can all have at this point, is self-humoring to deal with all of this.

I swear I'm going to buy us all beers when this is over!

Yeah. I mean i have so many things lined up, but it just makes no sense to go along with plans cause she won't be able to do anything. Now atleast i have steady flow of money, if we moved to Cali, god knows hows it gonna go. That's the only thing we're waiting for. EAD

Lithuanian beer is the best, change my mind lol

Looked up 100 cases from our EAD, seems like there is some movement from June 12-14th. Some hope. On the other note, my wife got a job offer to be a manager of a beauty salon or something like that, i hope that expeditable lol

To me, this isn't going to solve the problem of delays in processing cases.

The best solution is to allow every state field office process the cases of immigrants in order to reduce the workload at NBC

I'm sorry that you still have no updates...

Every time when I check VJ I always look for your comments, and hoping that you are finally sharing good news... :(

No updates yet. Still hanging in here hoping to hear some good news. The sad thing is there is no fairness in the order in which cases are processed.

I decided to direct my concentration on something else to distract me.

Today mark 125 days since they received my RFIE response and yet nothing. It has been 168 days since My EAD and AP were recieved and yet nothing.

Someone's status changed to ready to be scheduled for interview and then to interview scheduled only after 25 days that RFIE response was received.

I submitted a service inquiry and they say they are still reviewing my case. So there is nothing I can do than to wait and hope to get an update.

I only hope we all get good news.

This would even cause more delays.. Look at EAD vs AoS at the moment. Even EAD vs N400.

They should aim to separate some cases and process them separately. Refugee's, Asylums, K-1 EAD/AoS processing.

K-1 EAD/AP/AoS Should be on the fast track by default, cause we already waited 7+months waiting for K1 Approval.

Im glad they redirect some processings of N400 and I-485's to make it quicker. A very solid first step from USCIS side to acknowledge the increased processing times

Did you check your case status??

How was the interview? Did you guys went together? What did they ask? Could you share a bit of your experience?

Thank you

Still waiting since interview on May 22nd, no change in status aside from "interview was scheduled".  It was our initial interview and we were called in separate after a 45 min wait.  I (the USC) was called in 1st and had a long interview.  The asked many things like where and how we met.  The layout of my house, what kind of car i have (color, year, make, model), who attended the wedding, where was it, did we buy the rings together, why did we decide to get married.  I am divorced and they asked about my past relationship, my work, what do I do.  The IO then looked at my pictures and randomly asked questions about places and the people in the pictures.  After about 35 min of questioning, the IO requested I go back to the waiting area and then called my wife in.  the IO took her picture and fingerprints.  She was asked the same type of questions to compare answers, she is also divorced and was questioned about her past relationship as well.  after another 40 min she came out and the IO called us all in (myself and her 2 children).  The IO asked them their names and birthdays, do they like it here.  She then took copies of passports, some additional evidence and said she was concluding the interview.  We were advised that we'd get a decision in the mail and then the IO talked about conditional GC and lifting conditions after 2 yrs.  She walked us back out and we left.

Based on what I've been reading here, it almost sounds like I had a "stokes" type interview given the fact that we were separated and the length of the interview for each one of us. 🤷‍♂️

Oh and still no EAD by the way.

Yes! It seems so! Did you try to call uscis because the status could be updated with them. And did you try the old and new website?

you can call and explain that the 2 weeks are expired and u didn’t receive anything.

What kind of evidences dis u take besides pictures? Did she do the medical exam here or in her country? It was asked on the interview?

Thank you
