Thanks!

Got the update on the case tracker app (which I believe is linked to the old site). I didn’t get a notification but I just refreshed my applications on the app and saw there was an update today.

No text or email update despite filing for the e-notification alerts.

No updates on the my.uscis.gov site (new site). Has been updated on the old site though (egov.uscis.gov).

I have the same situation. Also no updates on the new site. While old site has been updated with new status. Don't know about case tracker, since I use my own small script for tracking. Good luck!

Hello Everyone.
We had our interview yesterday - May 21st and we got accepted ! It was K-1 based AOS.
We filed from NYC (Queens) and I must admit that we were prepared for much longer processing.

Here are our dates:
NOA1 - 01/17/2019
EAD - 04/13/2019
Interview - 05/21/2019

Status updated to "New Card is being produced"

Just wanted to wish good luck to everyone.

Congrats

Any of you guys following other blogs about this stuff?  I don't want to mention any other blogs by name specifically, but you should see what some of the others are going through!  Holy (removed)!!

We're talking, 7, 8, 10 months of nothing.  And this is just for the EAD/AP decision.  Some are being fronted with RFEs after MONTHS of waiting.  What a complete shambles this all is.  How those in February, March, April and May are getting progress before any of them, is just not right.  I suspect, they're all filing Expedites, and not admitting to it.  Even those that "claim" they didn't file an Expedite, and just miraculously wound up getting processed, can't seriously think we, the WAITERS, are going to believe it.

Wow....check out some of the other blogs out there, and you'll see what I mean!

Yes, sometimes I read other blogs as well. And I get more frustrated when I read their stories...

It was pretty smooth - about 25 mins.
Half of the interview was essentially me putting all required documents (originals) on the desk and officer scanning everything.
At some point she asked me about bona-fide documentation.
I had everything prepared in a separate binder so I started listing everything out. At some point officer stopped me and said it's enough.

It was pretty standard stuff: bills, renter insurance, lease, bank statements (she wanted those most), health insurance cards, 401k beneficiary etc..

When we went over the documentation, she asked my wife questions straight from the application "Are you a terrorist / prostitute" etc.. and some about our relationship like "how many brothers your husband has ?".
Then she gave us some marriage advices - to never give up, take care of each other .. :)

At the end of the interview she told us we get approved and stamped the application in front of us.

By latest EAD timelines, it seems like they want to finish up the november/december. So we gonna have to wait a bit. AGAIN.

Based on the latest update of 5-7 months, with Inquiry date showing October 30th, 2018?

Lovely...NOT!

Well, at least...it's almost Friday again...  :)

We had problem with that at chase as well. We had SSN but they wanted a bill & passport with the same last name (we changed it when we got married).

I had no problem adding my wife as authorized user on CC though. She received the same CC card with same number. Officer scanned it and asked about the statements.

So today I made a call to the USCIS and demanded to talk to a T2 person. The T1 who put me through was very nice and friendly. But the T2 person wasn't friendly at all so I couldn't even ask him when to expect a decision on my RFIE.

But The T2 person told me that they received my RFIE response and my case is in the system to be processed. Also there are delays in the system update. But cases with rfie do take some time to get processed.

So I  have to wait. But I will call again after the 30 days that I was told to wait by the T1 person.

Right now I hoping for a miracle to get approved for the ead. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

My attorney seems not to be bothered about the delay of my case.

Great info!

TBH, I almost don't even CARE about the AoS/GC....I just need that damn EAD already!  That's going to be the basis for the Expedite...the EAD.  The AoS/GC can come whenever they come, so long as the EAD can be continuously renewed until such time.  Of course, jumping the gun here, when I still need that damn EAD.

That's literally our thoughts too! At this point the Green Card can come in another year for all we care, we just need the EAD! And at least the Green Card processing is pretty straight forward, from the beginning we always knew we would wait around a year but the EAD was so deceiving! When we applied in November the average was still 90 days but of course that has changed...191 days and they still haven't touched ours :( It seems like they are moving through later applications quicker so fingers crossed for a speedy approval for you! :)
