P.S. I wish i worked for USCIS, but i don't. They offer great conditions though, i saw some offers on Indeed couple days ago. But requirements are rather big.

Yeah, I found job offers from them too. The requirements are pretty high.

Maybe if working for state or local government institutions was enough WE WOULDN'T HAVE SUCH INSANE BACK LOG, CAUSE WE WOULD HAVE ENOUGH OFFICERS TO PROCESS THE GOD FORGOTTEN (can't curse anymore got a warning lol) CASES.

I can't find the Stats on the USCIS site. I guess that's better if I don't know how many cases are pending in Santa Ana...

Btw, I'm not sure if I would work for the USCIS. Just imagine if the officers are reading these threads... LOL

Hopefully they are working on applications, not reading VJ! 😛

ROC Timeline:

Date format is MM/DD/YY

 

05/16/19 - Green Card Issue Date

03/10/21 - Sent ROC paperwork to Phoenix, AZ | USPS 2-Day Shipping

Denied: 260

 

Yours isn't so bad. (BTW im thinking of moving to Newport Beach.)

So why does the interview takes a year?! 

I know people from last May and they still haven't got their interview date!! Also, there is someone in the November threat and her husband still didn't get his EAD!!

Other Cases? N400, ROC, I485 Employment based

It all adds up..

That is why they have to at least give the power to some selected local offices to also work on approving these cases. 

How can on NBC be approving cases from 50 states

Got the update on the case tracker app (which I believe is linked to the old site). I didn’t get a notification but I just refreshed my applications on the app and saw there was an update today. 

 

No text or email update despite filing for the e-notification alerts. 

 

No updates on the my.uscis.gov site (new site). Has been updated on the old site though (egov.uscis.gov).

Hello Everyone.  
We had our interview yesterday - May 21st and we got accepted ! It was K-1 based AOS.
We filed from NYC (Queens) and I must admit that we were prepared for much longer processing. 

Here are our dates:
NOA1 - 01/17/2019
EAD - 04/13/2019
Interview - 05/21/2019

Status updated to "New Card is being produced"

Just wanted to wish good luck to everyone.
