The RFIE was for my affidavit of support for form I485. My sponsor's tax return and w2.

I believe since the received my response on February 12, I am put back in line so I think I should receive update on my case before March and April filers.

Yeah  so you're back in the line and they definitely received your fingerprints too. When i did N400, i didn't even check status even once lol

It's gonna take you same time as us.. It's annoying, but that's the reality. You can call the T2, but i guarantee they gonna tell you that they have received both of them and you're back in the line, once USCIS.gov estimation will pass, you can inquire about it. I was bothering them with K1 a lot, kept calling everyday for a week once i hit 7 months lol

Patience is key.. Nobody has it anymore, but there is nothing we can do.

I do understand. But base on what I have read from their website says they make a decision on RFIE within 60 days. And now I am at 99 days.

There is an October filer who just received rfie about a week ago or so. USCIS have waited since October to April before sending her rfie and she find out about the RFIE when she called to inquire about her ead

So I just wanna know that they have made a decision on my case and I am ready to be scheduled for an interview and at least approve my ead

I just checked my status and my AOS says it’s been scheduled for interview today! Hopefully get the letter soon!

Which site did you check on?  my.uscis.gov or egov.uscis.gov?  Text and/or email alert about the update?

Thanks and congrats!

"Interview ready to be scheduled" vs "Interview has been scheduled" are two different things.

Within a week they should receive a schedule notice with instructions, and most likely the interview will be in 2-4weeks from notice in the mailbox.

yes, it's exactly my case, you are right. I got status ""Interview ready to be scheduled"" quite a long time ago. And just this Monday status was changed to "Interview has been scheduled". But I also didn't expedite.

Hello everyone,

Has anyone got their interview here?

How should we start preparing for the interview meaning what all documents are required?

Didn't start to look into yet. But my lawyer told that I should have original of my birth certificate for the interview.

Not a very productive "update" for a Tuesday.  Just a few I-485's getting "Ready to schedule Interview" notices.

I search for 100 entries - 75 before mine and 25 after mine - to see what's happening around me.  Tuesdays are generally "update" days, but there were very few on this Tuesday.  Wednesdays also see several updates; guess we'll see what happens overnight tonight.

Just so darn quiet out there....

The system was down yesterday..nationwide

oh you're in for a ride too. 21k. I'm not sure, but i assume those pending ones are total, as this CSV file says "2019 qtr 1"
20,966 pending

3,195 received

3,402 approved

506 denied

well.. Atleast your office does more, than they receive. Thats a plus i guess. Mine processes 600 less than receives, so backlog is just increasing. and that's just AoS family based.. Add N400's, ROC's, and other applications.. Holy moly.

It's on uscis website. Main page. bottom left "data and statistics"

Where do you find this info?

Use the USCIS.gov website.. It has so much info there if you start digging lol They made it fool proof, so people that shouldn't access or know any of the information, won't know, but it's there lol

Also, how about the pending statuses? Where do you find those?

uscis.gov

bottom left it says "data and stats" or something along those lines.

Then you look for I485 or anything that you want to see, or what they provide.

P.S. I wish i worked for USCIS, but i don't. They offer great conditions though, i saw some offers on Indeed couple days ago. But requirements are rather big.
