What a farce!!

How does one find out this information?  I can just imagine what mine here in Houston has...not that mine has even made it that far......................

oh you're in for a ride too. 21k. I'm not sure, but i assume those pending ones are total, as this CSV file says "2019 qtr 1"
20,966 pending

3,195 received

3,402 approved

506 denied

well.. Atleast your office does more, than they receive. Thats a plus i guess. Mine processes 600 less than receives, so backlog is just increasing. and that's just AoS family based.. Add N400's, ROC's, and other applications.. Holy moly.

It's on uscis website. Main page. bottom left "data and statistics"

Great info!

TBH, I almost don't even CARE about the AoS/GC....I just need that damn EAD already!  That's going to be the basis for the Expedite...the EAD.  The AoS/GC can come whenever they come, so long as the EAD can be continuously renewed until such time.  Of course, jumping the gun here, when I still need that damn EAD.

So guys, I feel that I am stuck in limbo. I don't know what is happening. Today is day 99 since I submitted my RFIE response to USCIS and they have not make any decision on my case yet.

I called USCIS and spoke with a T1 on May 7. It was a nice Kady who assisted me to put in an inquiry and told me to call back after 30 days if I don't get any update on my case. But I feel worst and more angry when I find out that some March and April filers are getting their interview scheduled.

My question is should I call again and request to speak with a T2 person or should I wait to call after 30 days. I am more than frustrated.

IMHO...I'm responding to the USCIS Customer Center as they instructed me to back in April: I'm filing my official Expedite on June 1st (technically, May 31st, since June 1st is a Saturday).  I should do it sooner, but I'm going to do it then.  I guess, if they told you 30 days (from May 7th), I might be "inclined" to wait until day 30, and immediately call.

It is beyond comprehension that those in March, April and who knows...May also...are getting processed before us.  Either they're FULL of S...or, they also filed Expedites.  I think the I-751's are moving much faster than everything else (of which I'm an I-485, along with I-765, I-130 and I-131).  Believe me, those that do the processing don't wake up every day going..."I've got a ton of applications of folks desperately waiting to hear something, so I'm going to work 10X as hard to do what's right."  Nope..."SSDD" - Same S, Different Day.

What was the RFE for? Usually they issue early rfe’s for something missing in the package upon their receive, once they get the response, they put you back in line where you were. Supposedly...

call T2 immediately and figure it out. T1’s are useless.

If I was in your position I would call again and see if they have an update. What do you have to lose? Worst case scenario they’ll say there is no update and to call once the 30 days are up. Best case scenario they’ll tell you it’s been processed and approved. I say give it a go and call them.

I’m gonna contact my senator about the backlog and ask wth is happening there and why processing is so delayed. Its insane.

The RFIE was for my affidavit of support for form I485. My sponsor's tax return and w2.

I believe since the received my response on February 12, I am put back in line so I think I should receive update on my case before March and April filers.

I guess I will do that tomorrow as I hit 100 days since they received my RFIE response. Worst case I don't even know if they have received my fingerprints

It's the same with me. I don't care if my interview will be in 2021 just give me the EAD!
