I was also waiting for EAD/AP since January,  but yesterday I got notification that my interview is scheduled. I didn't get a letter with the date yet, but I think the interview would take place around middle of June. So, looks like sometimes they are not giving you EAD/AP at all if you have an interview for the green card early enough.

Good deal!  It's good to hear another January filer getting some kind of update.

Good luck!

We got our notice that our interview is ready to be scheduled back in March and have not heard anything since in that regard but we did get our EAD/AP approval and card shortly thereafter.

They still process the EAD/AP application regardless of the interview status. I've seen quite a few mentions on here of folks who have gotten their EAD/AP after they received their Green Card. That just goes to show how dysfunctional the process is. There are also lots of folks who got notification that their interview was ready to be scheduled only to wait months or even over a year in some cases before receiving notice.

So not to be a party pooper but I wouldn't get your hopes up too high and assume you'll be getting that interview in June.

Hope that is not the case for both us and we do get our interviews scheduled sooner than later.....and that those others who are still waiting on their EAD/AP get some good news.

"Interview ready to be scheduled" vs "Interview has been scheduled" are two different things.

Within a week they should receive a schedule notice with instructions, and most likely the interview will be in 2-4weeks from notice in the mailbox.

Not a very productive "update" for a Tuesday.  Just a few I-485's getting "Ready to schedule Interview" notices.

I search for 100 entries - 75 before mine and 25 after mine - to see what's happening around me.  Tuesdays are generally "update" days, but there were very few on this Tuesday.  Wednesdays also see several updates; guess we'll see what happens overnight tonight.

Just so darn quiet out there....
