I've been a silent reader on here. Today after 113 days I just got a notification that my ' ead card is being produced'.

Glad to hear that!

Did you get an approval notice online/email? Or it just went straight to "card being produced"?

Congratz!

Indeed...congrats!  How some of you have the patience you do is beyond me!  Guess I wish I could slow down and not be so disturbed by all this.

But like others have said as well, I too, have time-sensitive matters...like my upcoming expiring TN.  The day it expires, the day I will have to stop working.  No work, no income, no mortgage payments...

that falls on deaf ears...

hopefully more on the way!

In my opinion, if it starts falling through and you got left around 30days on your "Work" visa or whatever you currently have, i'd request an expedite just to give it a shot. You can use the "large financial loss" as a buffer. Since you've got a visa that you can work with, you provide to your family. If you can't keep working until they process the EAD, its a massive loss. Mortgage, food, car payments etc. Gather all the info you can and start piling it up. No one would hurt you for trying.🙃

Congrats!

Glad to hear someone got an approval this week. According to the EAD timelines when I checked this morning there hadn’t been any VJ approvals since last week!

I have the case tracker app on my phone and I'm CONSTANTLY ON THERE. I guess it got approved this afternoon cause as of this morning it was saying " fingerprint review was completed".

Yelp! just went to "new card is being produced".  "On May 9, we ordered your new card for receipt number MSCXXXXXXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you have us"

Jeezus! how I managed to stay this patient is/was honestly beyond me. It has been so frustrating cause I haven't been able to work in such a loooong time. Hopefully, some kind of progress happens to yalls cases this week. Honestly, USCIS needs to overhaul its system because this is some bull.

Congrats to you.

Thank you; your case and Notherndynasty are one of the two cases I follow. I know you'll get an update soon this week.

Thanks. I really hope so as well. Because I hate the fact that I am not able to work. But I have hope that soon I will get an update on my case. And others will also get updates as well.

Just received my wife's EAD/AP Combo card in the mail today!

We have the patience now only because the K1 process took us almost a full year to get through due to USCIS's negligence.

We were honestly expecting the EAD/AP to take whole lot longer than it did so it was a pleasant surprise to receive it earlier than later.

In my opinion it's all just a luck of the draw when it comes to government agencies in these processes.

It's unfortunate for those of you who are currently facing tough situations that hinge on these approvals so we can only hope you get approvals soon.

I’m on a TN, and since I’ve applied for the AoS, I no longer qualify for the TN.  Additionally, you have to step out of the country and present yourself at a POE when applying for a renewal or extension of a TN, and doing so would then “abandon” the whole AoS application.

I appreciate your thoughts, and will have to resort to the Expedite request directly with USCIS if we’re down to that short a time.  Doubt, though, that USCIS has even a shred of concern to expedite that quickly to protect my income.  But...we shall see!

Thank you...  :)

Appreciate the well-wishes!
