Many people don't tell the truth about the expedition which makes me wonder.

You know I asked several times on the March thread that what are the expedite secrets that they know and we don’t but silence is the answer for my questions.

I know what are the requirements for the expedite but I want to know their secret. They just simply ignore me 😂😂

I'm going from TN to PERM...wonder if that makes any difference, too?

I'll keep providing the "reality shakers" to everyone on here; and you keep up the amazing optimistic/positive-vibes aspect.  If it wasn't for you...  ^5s....

Well I guess you are right. It does not really matter if you are going through k1 or TN. But this delays are frustrating. But surely we will all get through it.

Hahaha.... They won't tell you the truth. I only which NBC could allow other service centers to process our EAD/AP and that could ease the workload

I’m curious - on the point of people not disclosing or being honest about expediting, how much of an influence would this have on timelines based on the high volume of cases in the system/on this forum?  We saw K1 cases expedited back at that stage which didn’t appear to warp timelines much. Could these VJ timelines be more accurate than what we think?

That's one of the things i'm pissed off about. That we're in the same line with illegals AoS'ing/Ead'ing. K-1's by default should be expedited atleast on EAD side.

I doubt that those quick approvals were "undisclosed" expedites. I saw that with I-129f's, where people unusually quickly got their approvals, while people around the same NOA1's had to wait 8+months. It's USCIS.. Won't understand them if not drunk.

I'm sure some people won't disclose the expedite, but that number should be very little compared to vast majority, i'd say 1-3% TOPS. Others are, well.. just approvals. No idea why they work the way the work, but.. It doesn't do the job anymore.

I'm really skeptical that people falsely say they got approved or something. Some might've made a mistake filling out the timeline and put 02/XX vs 01/XX as a day of NOA1. There was a case where person put 1917 or something and it was screwing up the whole system of VJ's timeline estimations, shifting everything by almost a year lmao. Definitely it might be the case, or a combination of people not disclosing exp's, putting wrong dates, or we're just nit-picking.

My VaJayJay (hahaha) timeline two weeks ago was June 9th.  This past weekend, it jumped waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over to July 29th.  The whole VJ timeline thing is a crock....

And upcoming expiring TNs should be expedited as well, no?  I've got until August, and after that...I'm terminated guaranteed (I'd have to stop working, anyway, because I'm not one that will violate my restrictions, ever).  But my employer will absolutely, positively, terminate me if I can't show proof of legal working status.  Shouldn't upcoming expiring TNs also qualify for expedite?

Can't say anything outside K-1's as those are the only ones that i have experience with, apart from DV's.

Anyone has any updates?

Nothing here.

Im on day 112 since NOA1 and haven’t heard anything since the fingerprints update. Fingers crossed we all hear something soon!

My VJ timeline says I’ll get approval for EAD by today and AP approved by 10th May. Can’t see that happening somehow! 🙄

VJ timeline prediction is not working. As far as I know, only a few people had their predictions correct.
