Anyone has any updates?

The EAD card is arriving today. Got notification through the old and new site. AP is a separate document so most likely not a combo card.  Now we have about a year to get ready for the interview. SF office is so backlogged.:o

Hope everyone still waiting for approvals get them soon. It is a frustrating process.

For me, I have no updates.

Today marks 128 days including Saturdays and Sundays.

Today marks 84days for responding to my RFIE on form I-485.

So yesterday I called USCIS to put in an inquiry on my RFIE.

I was given a code and I should expect a response within 30 days.

At least you can work while waiting for your interview. And wish you get scheduled for your interview

Day 97 here since NOA1's for All

Day 41 since "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

VJ estimate puts me in may 15th - June 5th so... should be coming up soon. Maybe. Just that everyone stopped updating the timelines lol, can't track of who was approved, and what the trends are anymore.

Update?  Haha...surely you jest!

LOL...  hearing lots of February filers getting cards, interviews, and whiners about my postings.  ^_^

Yeah, I've got an update....  SPAM emails every week from USCIS about how nothing has changed.  NSS!

LOL...

Aww.... Thank you for the prayers. As I also keep praying for some people from November and December who are still waiting for a sign.

My attorney seems to be relax about how the process is going. According to all information I have read about RFIE, USCIS takes 60days to make a decision on RFIEs. And I am at 84 days now. So I took the chance to call and I spoke with a nice lady who help me put in an inquiry. So I pray that I get approved or get  schedule for an interview.

The sad thing is some March filers are getting ready to be schedule for interview while others have their interview scheduled.

So I have no option than to call and find out what is wrong base on my response to the RFIE

I’m a March filer as well. I don’t have the interview date yet but I’ve got the “ready to be scheduled “ update a month ago. Trust me it’s so hard to see for me too that those people who filed weeks after us are already getting their interview and they are keep saying that they didn’t file expedite (which I don’t believe).

IMHO, it's pretty #W$@$%@# that anyone from February, March or April has any kind of progress ahead of anyone else.  It's unacceptable, IMHO.

Forgot to add that it has been 44 days since Case is Ready to be  Scheduled for an interview.  Forgot to add that

Many people don't tell the truth about the expedition which makes me wonder.

I think VJ timelines are not accurate since many people don't disclose their expeditions

Indeed it is unacceptable but there is nothing we can do about it. This is the reality of going through K1 Visa

I'm going from TN to PERM...wonder if that makes any difference, too?

I'll keep providing the "reality shakers" to everyone on here; and you keep up the amazing optimistic/positive-vibes aspect.  If it wasn't for you...  ^5s....
