Got notification today that the card has been mailed. No tracking number yet but I guess that might come in the next couple of days.  Does not really matter since we signed up for informed delivery. Now wait for about 1.5 years for our interview at the SF office.:o

Hope everyone starting getting their approvals soon.

We had our AOS Interview in Cleveland on 4/30/19 where the outcome was "recommended for approval".  We got the approval message on 5/1/19 via the new site and now everything has updated to card has been mailed as of today (5/3/19)! We were so thankful for a quick interview date since we were still waiting for the EAD (which is now not necessary with the green card coming). Good luck to everyone still waiting!

Thank you for your well-wishes!  Maybe these things happen when you least expect it.  I had truly, whole-heartedly told myself I was never going to get married again.  Yeah right....  and why did it happen??  Exactly... ☺️😊

They keep extending and extending the estimated time to process.

What a friggen farce...I’m going to lose my job, my house, my car....  everything.  My current status expires in August...and no doubt, by then, it’ll be extended even longer.  My employer will terminate me when my status expires.

Thank you!  For you, as well.

And some on here wonder why we are broiling in our anxiety and frustration regarding how g-d forsaken slow and delayed and arbitrary this ridiculous process is.

You have NO idea, until you’re facing these REALITIES, so for those that “shrug it”....yeah, this is REAL life.

I hope this week bring us all good news. I have faith that soon the frustration will come to an end.

Hey all,

We got our NOA for 485 and 765 on January 2. For the 485 says our case is ready to be scheduled as of March 13. My wife did her fingerprints for the 485 on Jan 29. Any idea when the interview might be? We’re in DC.

Also she did the 765 fingerprints on February 14. Been nearly 3 months and haven’t heard a thing. According to the estimate, we should hear this week. C578E901-B857-43B4-ABB1-1E95F65C48FF.thumb.jpeg.79b4799e500c619cdef2cc37b095dcfb.jpeg

Anyone near our timelines?

Thanks!

There's a DC/Baltimore AOS filers group that hasn't been too active recently. I live in Arlington, and my field office will be the DC one located in Fairfax. Filed December 10th, biometrics Dec. 26th, "Ready to be Scheduled" March 20th, and nothing for the EAD/AP either. So yeah...probably not any time soon 😕
