Well according to VJ, my EAD approval begins today. Hopefully not too much longer. AP got approved quickly but EAD is taking some time. Wishing everyone good luck still waiting on their approval.

If you filed for ead and ap concurrently, the your ap should be the same as ead

My VJ timeline prediction for approval started yesterday. 115 days in waiting so I am hoping for a good news.

Fingers crossed.

Good luck

We actually did file concurrently but unfortunately we signed in the wrong place for the AP and got an RFE to resend with signature in the correct place. So I think now they are separate from each other and that is why the AP got approved separately. Actually the AP got approved within that 90 days period. I think the card we receive will not be a combo since we have the AP document already.  Hoping everyone starts getting their approvals soon.

Good Luck

Thank you @Northerndynasty and I hope we all get approvals very soon.

So i called USCIS today and spoke to a very nice man. Current wait time for a green card is 17 months to 23 months from date of Filing.

AED is aprox 5 months from date of filing.

I believe that the man I spoke with has the correct answers..

Which makes you wonder about the others getting stuff done in weeks...  hmmm?

I believe you have accurate info, but I hope it doesn’t take 5 months to get an “AED”...or you might wind up dead!  Hehehehee...

Just kidding.....    😆😁

Sometimes, when I see some comments it makes me angry but it is as it is. I am waiting just to hear that my case is ready to be schedule for interview. I only want to hear that so that at least I know that my RFE response has been approved. I am at 119 days today so I hope to hear something this week. I need to start  working to support my husband. He has to undergo an operation very soon. And when that happens he won't be able to work for some few months.

Some people are getting approvals with 60 to 90 days while many people have been waiting over 130 days and more. Some February filers are getting approvals and that makes me angry.

But I have hope that very soon we will be getting approvals.

Good luck to us all!!!

🤞🤞🤞

wI hope you will get answers soon..I am sorry to hear about your husband.

Every case is different. I applied in December.. Your best bet is to call and speak to a real person. Then you have first hand information..

Thank you @Marion63I will try to call . This whole process is very frustrating. I wish they could allow the State to process these AOS applications. That could reduce the work load on NBC
