Goodmorning

So i have a question. I read that some people were able to talk to a person in regards to status updates  All I have for a telephone number is the automated one.. What number do you have?

My counting of days has started.

EAD/AP - 108 days

GC -  65 days since RFIE response submitted.

NBC please work on my case and approve it for me.

🤞🤞🤞

All I don't know much about that. But what is the problem? Maybe your family here can help you get some answers.

I understand how you feel about that. I felt the same way because I don't even know if my fingerprint review is completed or not. But I got an update when I responded to my RFIE . And from what I have read in other filers page, Sometimes they rarely update some of the cases. But I believe all is fine.

800-375-5283, and follow the prompts.  You kind of have to be "tricky" to get to a real person, but that's the number to call.

same number. Just when you call. Don't press anything wait it out. Don't even choose the language. It should get transferred to a representative (for blind). Someone should start speaking spanish, then politely ask for an English speaking rep, he'll transfer you to one, then request a Tier 2 officer to speak about processing time and about your case status.

My conversation with my Attorneys yesterday was just oh-so-joyful!  NOT!

EAD/APs are definitely taking the full 5-7 months, at least!

GCs through the Texas Service Center are taking the full 18-25 months, at least!

Expedites are extremely, rarely, approved...mostly for life-threatening health issues.

Seems my Attorney info differs from so much that I hear (and see, apparently), happening here.  Hmmm....

Well.... We are waiting. Even if it will take 5 to 7 months or 6 to 8 months, they will surely approve gc for us . The problem is that the waiting is kind of frustrating but soon the frustration will come to an end.

Yep, pretty much.

I put them to the test of what we read here on the Boards, and what they are seeing from their client's actual results.  Wanted to see what they would say, and how they compare/differ.

I do like your optimism...coming from this ALWAYS half-empty-glass kind of guy (me).  LOL....

Oh, nowhere near yours.  I feel awful for you, just the same!

Mailed: 1/25/19

Recd: 1/28/19

NOA1s:  2/12/19 (was my first clue this was going to be a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong wait!)

Bio's: 3/4/19

Bio Rev Completed:  3/5/19

Crickets chirping away since then..........................well, except for the annoying Spam emails I get of the nothing-new updates.

90% will get processed within their 5-7mo's and 18-24mo's, while some get early. So don't overthink and relax. Fingers crossed to be that 10%
