Sometimes it makes me wonder what is going on or happening. Well some people can be lucky to get early approval but it is not likely to happen in that way. Those who get early approval in about 60 to 90 days, all of them says they did not expedite.

If they did not expedite then what is happening. Does it mean that NBC is processing ead/ap within 90 days or what? I'm just asking why.

Because there are still some September and October along with some November people still waiting for ead/ap approval or ready to be schedule for interview.

Well, wishing all January filers who have had their ead/AP approvals all the best.

And wishing we those still waiting the best of luck. May this new week brings us many approvals especially me, who will be at day 106 tomorrow.

Fingers crossed 🤞🤞🤞

It does make me question the undeclared expeditions. I aren't even in the USA yet but have kept a passive look at these forums since receiving my visa.

Either way, if they're just lucky, if the timelines are right, wrong or inbetween. I'm still going to keep creeping around here for some time coming (late june wedding, roughly guestimating a Nov/Dec EAD).

I'm happy for anyone who gets their approval :D and I hope you don't have to wait too much longer

Been saying the same thing for a while now.

If I were you, I wouldn't trust 90% of what you read on here, when it comes to folks claiming to receive approvals in extraordinarily short time-frames - even if they post some screenshot to make it look authentic.  I guess my Attorney was right, when I approached him why my process was going the way it is, and why others are on here post such dramatic differences.  He told me the same thing I'm telling you.

Again, USCIS posts expected/estimated time-frames. FORGET everything you're seeing about claims on here of super-fast approvals.  It ain't happening...

Hang in there.  We're all in this together!

You are totally right. My attorney told 4 to 6 months, so I am just waiting and I know I will get approval soon.

I am hopeful and everything shall be just fine.

Four-to-six months is approximately 120-180 days...IF at that point, you don't hear anything, request your attorney do an Inquiry.  It hopefully won't take that long, but USCIS is advising 5-7 months (150-210 days).  I literally have been waiting only 60+ days...lol!  Who am I to complain.  Not even half-way to the expected wait time-frame.  I guess the others, who come on here and "claim" they got approved in 60 days, are just "better than the rest of us".  Pshawww!  Hahaha!

See you in the 120-180 days time-frame.  We'll get ours when we're supposed to.

:)

Sure we will be approved for gc or EAD/AP when the time comes.

You want false hopes and unreasonable expectations?  Ok...fair enough.

Or, do you want to hear from folks who've been WAITING and WAITING and WAITING and ...well, you get the point.

So, do you want reality, or do you want fairytales, just to feel good?  And when YOUR process doesn't happen in the fairytale World, what say you then?

Wow...nothing since 1/22/19 when you had your Bio's done?

Have you considered calling the Customer Support Center?  If you did, what was their response?

Pulling for you!  Really hope you get something soon.  Just unjustified!

Let him live in the fairytale world or the realistic world. And when he does not receive his ead with 90 days, he will start to live in the realistic world.
