The name of that case tracker is USCIS APP.

What is happening at NBC? Can someone kindly tell me what's going on there. most of us the January filers have not received any progress of our case. Neither fingerprint review completed nor ready to be schedule for interview and we are waiting. But some just March filers are getting ready to be schedule for interview.

I thought it was "First Come First Serve" procedure unless a case is expedited.

I am so angry. I say "what is going is totally unfair"

😔😔😔

I'm a November filer, was stuck in "Fingerprint fee received" for 140 days, have no updates on EAD/ AP, no interview appointment and people from my same local office got interviews in 2-3 months and already have their GC.

I guess you can imagine that I am BEYOND angry.

And people from September and October are still waiting. So clearly it is not first come, first served.

Yes this is not first come first serve and it is very sad.

For those of us who are stuck in extended waiting periods without any kind of updates, have you considered contacting USCIS, and launching an inquiry?

I will say, the 2 times that I have had to call them to discuss my case(s), they have been "genuinely" interested and have done some kind of research/investigation to get me acceptable answers.  And, when we had to launch an inquiry as to why the delivery date was 1/28 and by 2/11 no NOAs had been issued, through my Inquiry call on 2/11, by 2/12 I had my NOA1s for all cases applied for.

Sure, some are just pure lucky; sure, some are expediting (and not declaring they have); while others are probably just full of poop, and just enjoy the attention.

Others, just have to ride it out.  Let's put it this way, USCIS has "declared" time-frames for processing.  There's reasons why they do that, because that is what you "can" expect.  Anything, even dramatically shorter than that, seriously needs to be taken with a grain of salt.  I'll hardly believe the person who claims they just miraculously got their GC within 3 months...and "just because".  It ain't happening.

I'm frustrated, too.  I got "stuff" I need to get going on, and time is definitely of the essence.  Not sure what I'm going to do if things don't move along.  But, what can I do?  We are literally at the mercy of the folks at USCIS.  Just gotta keep it together, and somehow get through the agonizing wait.  But, for heaven's sake, DO NOT believe everything you're seeing here................................................................

Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service

On April 9, 2019, the Post Office picked up mail containing your new card for Receipt Number MSC1990xxxxxx. We mailed your card to the address you gave us. The tracking number assigned is 92055901xxxxxxxxxxxxx. You can use your tracking number at www.USPS.com in the Quick Tools Tracking section. If you did not receive the card, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the card to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

How long did it take you to get this update after the update of your card is being produced?

My husband and I are so excited. In March our case was scheduled for an interviw for April 23 and yesterday we got an update stating his EAD card is being produced. We applied January 19 and they received our application January 24th. After the longest wait for the k1 process we are just so happy. Everyone who is experiencing this process just have hope and everything will fall into place.

We never got “case was approved” status. It directly changed to “card being produced” status.

You can try to create an account on the uscis website and see if it shows up there. The website is https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/.  Here you can create an ID and password to see if it shows up there. Sometimes this is the only site that updates as in my case. Some people have also suggested in clearing out your cookies in your browser. Otherwise you can try and talk to a Tier 2 officer at USCIS to see if they can help you.  You can tell them that you have the paper copy of the receipt number that was mailed to you.  Maybe some other people can give some other suggestions that I may not have mentioned.
