I got an update!!!!  I got an update!!!!

 

I got a letter from DHS Immigration in the mail.  I was absolutely certain it was an RFE that neither my Attorney nor either of the Update sites notified me about.

 

Fearing the worst (an RFE, of course) I begrudgingly slid open the envelope and prepared my eyes for the disappointment, when I recognized the top of the letter Notice i797...and read that...

 

 

my Biometrics appointment has been scheduled for 2/4/2019....

 

The Biometrics appointment I have ALREADY attended and the Biometrics they have ALREADY completed their review of.

 

BOY...when you know this ain’t gonna go well or expeditiously because you know your kinda luck.....YOU. JUST. KNOW.

 

What a joke......   😂😂😁😁😂😂

Hi guys, last night I received an email from USCIS, new card is being produced for EAD :) I filed on January 9th, so less than 3 months since filling.

K-1 JOURNEY!

05/09/2017 129-f sent
05/12/2017 Received Date
05/16/2017  NOA1

171 days of wait later...

10/27/2017 NOA2 (Notice Date in the hardcopy)

10/30/2017 NOA2 on USCISAPP/E-mail

12/08/2017 - Reached 6 weeks without any notice from NVC. Time to send the NOA2 copy to NVC and figure out what's going on.

12/18/2017 - NVC receives our case and assigns a number

12/21/2017 - Case headed to Spain Embassy in Madrid

01/02/2018 -  Spain Embassy received our 129f packet

01/08/2018 - Packet READY at Embassy - Received Packet 3

05/18/2018 - 4 months waiting to collect all documents... and then, documents sent to the Embassy.

05/30/2018 - Packet 4 received and interview scheduled.

06/13/2018 - Interview at the Embassy // Approved!
06/19/2018 - Visa Received :)
08/10/2018 - POE Chicago

10/16/2018 - Wedding

 

AoS JOURNEY!

01/07/2019 - AoS, EaD and AP package sent

01/11/2019 - NoA1

The NBC office is closed on the weekends. However you might get updates on Saturday morning if something was approved on Friday night before they left.

Doubt it! There are people waiting from Sept-Dec. I don't think the NBC will trash our cases from Nov (as I am a Nov filer) lol. There's 1000000's waiting before me. It's worth noting sometimes people get VERY lucky and sometimes people don't always disclose expedites.

And sure they haven't even really touched October cases. But never mind. So why not start Feb cases from Monday LOL :P

So I got the letter for interview yesterday at noon and it will be this coming May 8 for aos and last night my ead updated to card being produced wow!! What a blessings.. 

my timeline so far 

field office Las Vegas, Nevada 

PD January 11, 2019

BIO Feb 11, 2019

ready for scheduled for an interview feb 20, 2019

interview scheduled March 30, 2019

april 5, 2019 received the interview letter

april 5, 2019 EAD updates to card being produced 

may 8, 2019 is my actual interview for the greencard.. good luck to everyone! 😍

What! Please you are waiting for approval and I am also waiting. So they can't ignore us just like to touch February filers😃
