Hey Guys,

I hope everyone is doing ok.

So I applied for AOS in January and I have been lucky enough to receive my greencard through on Monday. I was just wandering if anyone knows what the next steps are (if any) in terms of paperwork/SSN etc. If noone in here has received theirs yet or doesn't know, could you point me towards the relevant forum? I would appreciate it!!

Good luck to everyone still waiting!! I hope those cards start shipping out for everyone soon!!

Hi Guys, Just got a text message saying my EAD application case status was updated. Checked and it says "New Card Is Being Produced". AP application case status says "Case was received". How long will it take from this status to getting card in hand? Also, since AP has no update, does this mean EAD and AP will be combo card or not?

New Card Is Being Produced

On April 3, 2019, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC1990XXXXXX, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Hey Congratulations.  My date is little before yours so hopefully our will update soon.  You should receive the card in 10 days or less is what I have been reading.  As far as we know both the EAD/AP show up on the same card.  Good luck the rest of the way!!!

Congrats, When did you file your i-765? Did you expedite?

I just received my approval today. I guess the card is going to arrive anytime this week.

We sent it last January 9, 2019, didn’t expedite. It’s such a blessing!

AP never updates. As long as the card is being produced then both the EAD/AP should be on the card. I read some people receive the card within 10 days. When do you submit your application?

Hopefully, the card will arrive this week. I got the approval notice in the mail today!

We filed it on January 9. Such a blessing!

Ha good choice! how did i forget that gem?! Though the chorus was "ripped off" by Nirvana, Teen Spirit.. If you listen closely.. I think Cobain even played that once before playing Smells Like Teen Spirit lol.

Congratz. AP and EAD are tied together, so i think they tend to update EAD more than AP. I mentioned couple hours before your post that we should start seeing people from January receiving notifications about EAD, and there you go! You'll get a combo EAD/AP card in a week or so. Glad for You two, can finally start living!

Yay! I’m so excited because I’m ready to pass my CVs. I’m already a license nurse here and I can’t wait to finally look for a job.

It’s going to come. I met a few people who had their AOS interview scheduled but didn’t have any updates on EAD and AP. So maybe you’re going straight to GC!

Coming from the King of Pessimism (it's really not a beautiful town, but you're welcome to visit if you like... haha!), I appreciate YOUR optimism, but I highly doubt it.

Just wasn't our luck to get processed quickly....  Ugh!

Congrats to you, though.....

It seems so. But let hope for the best.

K1 visa is such a frustrating journey to trend on. We all wanna support our household because living on single income is difficult.

USCIS, please process my EAD/AP very fast for me because you received my AOS application December 31. I am tired of waiting!!!

So guys this is something I have been trying to wrap my head around. The old site says uscis received my application on December 31,2018 but my uscis acc says they received my application on January 15,2019.

So what is happening with USCIS?

Praying overtime

Sometimes I wonder if Canadians are being subjected to extended delays, as retribution for all the political shenanigans that took place in 2018???  We're just pawns in their games...??
